This text can be edited via your store admin. Store Settings > General Settings > Shop tab.

All of the sideboxes on the left and right can be sorted and/or disabled. You will also find several other sidebox modules that are not enabled in this demo store. To manage the sidebox modules go to Extensions > Modules.
