Undamged & Unused:

The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, unused.

Original Packaging:

The product must be returned in its original box and packaging

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fragrancefantasy.online@gmail.com.

Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and bottle.

We will assess the damage and send a free replacement or issue a full refund after inspection.

Shipping cost:If you are returning an opened item , you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
