Due to the nature of fragrance products and health regulations, we accept returns only under the following conditions: Undamged & Unused: The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, unused. Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original box and packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fragrancefantasy.online@gmail.com. Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and bottle. We will assess the damage and send a free replacement or issue a full refund after inspection.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping cost: If you are returning an opened item , you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
